On-Premise solutions require our clients to purchase the software with an one-off purchase for the software license fee as outlined below and then pay a yearly recurring fee of 15% of the license fee for maintenance and support.
Implementation and hardware costs will be quoted for after consultation with the customer.
We follow 2 separate licence pricing models which are a Multi-Industry offering and a Triple Play and Pay TV Billing offering. Both models include the CRM.COM Software Core modules, Sales & Marketing modules and the After Sales Service modules. The Triple Play and Pay TV Billing model additionally includes the CRM.COM Transaction Server and Billing Module. Details of these modules are specified below.
